Clove Branch RR's Beekmanville Station (Dutchess) - Unable to Locate

Clove Branch RR's Beekmanville Station was moved to Beekman Rd. The photo is from 2003. The photographer, Bernie Rudberg is no longer with us. Anyone know where on this road the station is?

The station was moved to the West side of Beekman road behind the old Town Crier building which is located about 500 ft south of the corner of County Road 7 and Beekman road.

I wish I knew. Bernie Rudberg, knower of all these things, has passed. The museum at Hopewell Jct probably has info.

Maybe that's where it's always been. It's a private road so no street view, but it appears the background would match up to the photo.

Here is the exact Lat/Long of the relocated Station. The previously listed one was close but not correct. User gamewell's description is correct.

The building out front (1027 Beekman Rd) was the old/original Towne Crier Cafe in the town of Beekman.

The Clove Branch RoW ran on the South side of Beekman Rd, on the South side of the creek, parallel to Beekman Rd, and ran close to/along the current Recreation Rd. Not sure the exact location of the station originally.

Sadly, that ONE road segment where the old Towne Crier is on Google Street View is missing, and the Google Aerial images have foliage blocking a clear view.

Not sure if advertising groups is allowed, but I started a FB group for all local Dutchess RR history, I will share if it is allowed.
