Hey,
I am currently an intern at Union Pacific Corp. I am going to be graduating this spring, and I am seriously considering applying for the Operations Managment Training Program. I realize it is a challenging program, and that the hours are long, you may have to relocate, etc. But I just wanted to know if anyone who has been through it and is now working as a Transportation Associate or MYO could give me some insight into what I can expect. I am just looking for some advice and any input anyone may have. Any information about the program itself, and the work afterword is what I am looking for. That said, one of my major questions is how hard is it really on family life?
Thanks.
