Hmm, this might not be the right place to ask this, but I have been trying to review the online course on the UP website, however it won't let me, I keep getting an error code, it lets me take some of the other online courses, but not this one.

Is there anywhere else where I could review how to do this?

Did you try from the home page, or from MY UP? Try it from MY UP and see what happens.

you need to hold down control- alt and then click on it. I had the same problem, it was my pop-up blocker. It also would not let me temporary allow pop ups. If that doesn't work, you need to have someone check your user name and see what it allows. hope this helps.
