After seeing Lee King's photos of yesterday's 14G lead by Conrail-colored SD40-2 #3417, I planned to head out to Morrisville Yard this morning in hopes of seeing it. Well... not only was 3417 in the yard, but so was another Conrail blue unit AND a BNSF unit! I still credit all these catches I've been getting to my Conrail T-Shirt, which I made in July. I made the T-shirt one morning, and later that night made a spur-of-the-moment decision to go railfanning. That trip yielded NS 5290 "CR-OLS" GP38-2. Ever since, I have not seen a single blue engine without wearing this shirt. I'm a bit superstitious!
Anyway, here are my shots from the day. The wind chill was around 6 to 10 degrees, so I just snapped the photos and left. I hope you enjoy!

I hope you like my shots -- and if you're positioned along the NS Morrisville Line, Harrisburg Line or Pittsburgh Line -- might want to look out for either BNSF 4036, NS 3417 or NS 6757 -- they were ALL in consists ready to roll out of the yard!
