I also got the cow's gender wrong. I know that cows are female because I sometimes hear ladies referred to as "cows" on British TV. I'm wandering off topic again.

How about Boveril, my favorite drink. OK, Boveril isn't processed, but still a favoite.
I had to Google "biltong," it's South African and new to me, Here's part of Wiki's definition: "The word biltong is from the Dutch bil ("rump") and tong ("strip" or "tongue").[1]".

Bovril's fine with me. Biltong is basically dried/smoked meat, not only from cows but from many game animals too. It lasts for years.
