• "Terminal" Test?

I was wondering if anyone knew the correct spelling for this test done on the tail end of the cut? Sounds like "timel" but can't find it anywhere. Thank you!

I'm utterly confused, but I will send this to the "Railroad Operations" board to see if those folks can assist.

that would be a "terminal" test. A BOR class subject,this is above what the normal person(buffs) on this board would know about. This is in the rulebooks,RR and FRA but most people(buffs) wouldnt even look at this dry reading unless you job/life depended on it. but I degress........
