In the literature, this is described as a paper rr, a wannabe coal trunk line from Omaha to Trinidad CO from before the First World War. It graded in Kansas from Garden City to Superior (over the state line in Nebraska) and laid some track northeastwards from Garden City which was later pulled up and sold to build the "Garden City Western".

All sources allege that there was never any revenue service. Why, then, did the ICC list it as a common carrier railroad 1909-15, and "Poors" publish a service from Garden City to a place called Ottograf, 12m away?

Who to believe, eh?
