Huge new 300,000 square foot distribution center going into Fitchburg next to the rail yard. Don't know if rail is being considered but ideal location for it:

Jeff is definitely discovering the rail mode, so I would think considering the proximity of this warehouse a building to a now Class I road, he would intend to make use of such.
