8448 is still on SWS, should be on 825 tonight and 806 in the morning.

As far as I know, there isn't a definite reason as to why 8448 is on BNSF/SWS instead of UP other than BNSF needed a car to replace others going to rebuild. It may be a temp move, or 8448 could remain on BNSF.

The Amerail rehab program results in cars going to the Rock and different cars being sent back as replacements.

ALERT! ALERT! EVERYONE ALERT! There is an 8400 as the lead cab car on BNSF trackage!!!! It was reported today at Downers Grove.

BNSF has several of the higher numbered 8400 series cars that are part of the SWS pool. My guess it would be between 8470-8475.

8469-8478 is the BNSF pool.. one or two in that group may have gone elsewhere.. not sure what HC has now, and it will probably all change as the rebuilds come out.

8471 is on UP, and has been assigned to rush hour UP/W trains 26 & 41 (plus weekend trips) for the last few weeks now...

8470 is on HC and that's all I know so far.
