I saw those cars on the Norfolk Southern Whistle Stop train in Linden Yard back in Septemeber. The event was open to railroad employees and emergency service personnel. You could walk through the inside of the tank car and the box car had some sort of display in it as well. The Whistle Stop train was visiting several locations and had about 10 cars including 1 coach, the NS Exhibit Car, and an observation car. Power was NS GP38-2 # 5803 and NS/TRANSCAER GP59 # 4611. When it visited Linden it was parked in the auto loading yard at the GM plant across the street from the main yard. The November 2005 Railpace has an article and some pics of this train in Binghamton, NY.
