I've seen some signs posted at Orange Line stations saying there will be evening bustitutions June 22-25 between Wellington and Oak Grove for a "winter resiliency improvement program." Does anyone here know what that entails, exactly?

Pretty much everything in and along the right of way (third rail, switches, signaling and control equipment, and associated cabling, as well as the ROW fencing), and new de-icing equipment and other protective measures for the rolling stock, will be upgraded, repaired, or replaced, such that it doesn't all go to pot in the winter as it did this past winter.
