Not to mention the TTC Toronto cars are a bit longer then our Red Line cars, they are 75 feet in length, and have a wider gauge by a hair, at 4' 10" while ours is 4' 8.5". So in order for TTC rolling stock to run on the T's Red Line, they would have to change the wheeling support in the bottom to our 4' 8.5" gauge trucks. I'm pretty sure though that a 75-foot car can fit in the Red Line, especially in the World's Tighest Turn, Harvard :-)

How come? Is't it Boylston that is the World's Tighest Turn? :D

He was joking. Harvard is not the world's tightest turn, there are much tighter turns on the blue line (for heavy rail), and that's just in boston. As for the Green line, Boylston is also not the tightest. The Park Street loopback is tighter.
