Does anyone have a track map of MARC from Wilmington DE to Washington Union. Even better, does anyone have a track map of the NEC from wilmington DE to lynchburg/norfolk/newport news.

MARC does not own any track. The operate on Amtrak between WUS and Perryville on the NEC. They operate on CSX on both the Camden and Brunswick lines.

I meant I was looking for the track maps of the tracks that MARC operates over.

The MTA actually owns the Frederick Branch of the Brunswick Line, but I'm not sure if they or CSX actually maintain it.
