Now what is the difference between a GP38-2 and a GP38-3? Are they recently converted from Dash 2's? I assume they're hi-hoods? Thanks in advance...........

GP38-3's are de-turbo'ed GP50's rated at 2000 hp

they have their high hoods chopped
