The most recent track chart that I've found for the Harrisburg division is dated September 2008. Has anyone found a newer version online for download?

I have seen newer charts yet, but they rarely change in any significant way over two years.

Since a portion of the Southern Tier line was single-tracked in September 2010, the December 2010 release of the charts should be significantly different for that line, which is what I'm most interested in.
