NS Hagerstown to Harrisburg, what divison

Some time back I remember someone -- perhaps a fan -- saying that NS was going to move the ex-CR line from Hagerstown north to Harrisburg into the Virginia Division.

Did this move ever happen? or is still in the Harrisburg Div? or was this a rummor?

Anyone know what Employee timetable -- by number and date -- is in effect currently on the Virginia and Harrisburg divisons?

From CP-Front Street in Harrisburg to CP-Town in Hagerstown, the Lurgan Branch is still controlled by the Harrisburg Terminal Dispatcher

As a followup, I highly doubt this would occur due to the union seniority districts, as well as different rules books in place.

The lurgan see at least one local dispatched from Camp Hill PA a day, and I'm pretty sure there are a couple others.
