They only have rights to existing business. They gave up their rights to new business when they sold the Grand Junction to the state.

I spotted what looked like CSX units hauling empty gons inbound over the bridge near BU late yesterday afternoon. IS CSX also hauling the dirt gons to Everett?

On that note, if anyone has yet to go by on a Rockburyport Train, I highly recommend it. The pit/casino basement is massive and with all the cranes towering over it, it is quite a site to see!
