Automation of BNSF dispatcher functions?

Has anyone heard of a program BNSF is developing that would automate the dispatch function, and consequently eliminate the jobs of most of the dispatchers? I am very interested in working there, but have heard through the grapevine that this may be coming in 2009/2010. Has anyone heard anything, is it even possible/legal? I would hate for this to be true as I am really looking forward to the chance to earn a spot there.

Kinda hard to imagine automating the talking of trains by stop signals, allowing 6.6 moves, rolling up warrants, and a myriad of other chores the dispatchers are loaded with. We talk to the DS many times throughout the day, and we run the main, while almost never touching a siding. I can't imagine working without him. (or her)
