Any of our mariners around here know if a Circle Line excursion vessel can clear a lowered DV bridge, or need it be moved? By that line of thought, how about the other Harlem River bridges?
While serving as a Cadet in the Fairfield Navy, I've sailed up the East River (carefully timed for slack Hell Gate water), but never sailed on Circle Line (World Yacht once; but that's just in the Harbor).
