Novice to model RR and TMCC...
Just got a Automatic Motor / Light Control (TMCC).
When I hook it up it, the output voltage is constantly on.

Can not adjust it or turn it off, even using the RED TRIANGLE.
Followed the instructions on programing it more than a few times, no change.
Any ides? It is a bum controller?
Thanks in advance.
