Reading & Northern excursion with 425

Today, Reading & Northern ran their first passenger excursion with their newly restored Baldwin 4-6-2 #425 locomotive. Here's my photos from today along with photos from last month's test run:

What is the blue "car" directly behind the tender on the 425? It has the number for ticket painted on it.

It's an aux. water tender.
