I will be in Louisville next week for a couple days on business and will probably have a little time to check out the rail action. Can anyone provide suggestions of good, safe and legal spots to watch trains? Thanks for your help!

I'd like to know too, if at all possible. Maybe look at Google Earth and find rail lines in Louisville? I don't remember seeing many on the way to Thunder.
