Okay, this IS A&A related...

Does ANYONE know what road is the L.H. & St.L.? A&A #5 was purchased from them in 1926, but I can't find the name of the road. The closest hit in google was a book hit on the Louisville & Nashville which apparently ate up this road.

Louisville, St. Louis and Texas #17 to Louisville, Henderson and St. Louis #17 (is what the initials are) This is probably the least photographed engine of all of the A&A's. I've only ever seen the two shots of it, 1 with it being scrapped at Arcade (the shot of just the boiler from Chapter 7 in Lewis's book) and on page 38 at the head of the limestone train.
