Dutch: partial vacuum. You wouldn’t want to spend much time there (I think it would be about like 20,000 feet from what I’ve read) but you wouldn’t immediately have all the air sucked out of your lungs either. Most likely there would be a mechanism to vent air into the tunnel in case of a vehicle breach or forced evacuation.

I’m more concerned with what happens in case of fire in the vehicle or tunnel.
