The 9th "Toys" Train will start running next weekend as follows;
Sat. Dec. 2nd.......NYSW,Sun.Dec3th.......M&NJ,Sat.Dec.9th.,Sun.Dec.10th.,....D&RR.
Go to their web site at, http://www.operationtoytrain.org" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; for stops and times information. Rumors have it, this may be the last time the train runs ,due to many equipment problems and lack of support. Please try and support the Marines by bringing a NEW unwrapped toy and dropping it off at one of the stops.Lets all try and keep this great thing going,.......Semper Fi.

Thank you so much for promoting the train!

While we have had some difficulties this year (as noted above), we have no plans to discontinue operation of the train in future years. Your continued support is what will ensure many years of success to come, as well as many MANY more happy children!

We know how unique this train is, but the true impact is the 20,000 toys that end up in the hands of local, less fortunate children as a result of its operation. Your support of the train is, by extension, supporting the U.S. Marine Corps Toys for Tots Foundation, and kids in YOUR neighborhoods who are the recipients of your generosity.

We know you guys are out there taking photos of the train - if you have any great ones from past years (or the upcoming trips!), we'd love to feature them on http://www.OperationToyTrain.org" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and/or our Facebook page. Feel free to send us your best shots at [email protected].

If you have any questions or concerns, please direct them to Carolyn Hoffman, our co-coordinator, at [email protected].
