Permission on Church at 2:50 PM. NS 5634 + 11 loads, no dangerous. It also appears that there are issues between LLOYD interlocking and Long Branch, including a possible tree down near LLOYD. It’s safe to say that SA-31 will probably be affected.

SA-31 is on the Coast Line, but will be late into Red Bank due to track 1 being out of service from Lloyd to Bank. They may not hit the Southern until 4:45 or 5:00.....

SA-31 permission on Church at 2:56 PM. Unknown power, but 5 loads

5 loads is the lowest in a long time. No building going on in Lakewood, they only allow 5 people per building permit and now new ones being issued.

A rare daylight opportunity in Lakewood; drilling was done by the previous night's SA-31, so ex-CR 3403 was waiting for a new '31 crew. She was ready to go with the empties this morning as the Woodhaven crews were making quick work of the 5 loads spotted.

Heard the horn from my house in Neptune, probably for Asbury Road, at 6:25.
