The subject says it all. Is this true? Read about it on several other forums and was curious if it was true. Haven't been able to venture out that way myself in quite a while.

"Temporary" reopening of Stanley hump to alleviate congestion. Article from today's Toledo Blade has lots of insight into operations in Ohio and adjoining states.
