I should have posted sooner, but anyway about 3 weeks ago we passed light M&E 18 and new switcher near Milburn stationon on a westbound M&E MTDirect. Now what makes this odd was it was a Saturday. Could it be that they are helping njt out with the track work.

No, if you read the other posts you'll see that they were picking up 563 from the NYCH and dropping off 4223 for Tropicana down in Jersey City. By the way 563 isn't new, it's one of the two SSB1200's purchased from Amtrak.
