Albina seems to be mostly MP15s, though SWs can be found there too. I see both UP SW1500s and BNSF SW15s or SW10s (different than UP's SW10s) around Lake Yard/Willbridge though. Been a while since I caught switchers at Vancouver, but BNSF used to have SW15s there too. There are one or two pairs of UP SW1500s resting at the south end of Brooklyn yard almost every time I pass by. I think a pair of UP SW1500s is the usual power for the local to Canby (I've seen them there, but I'm not there often).
