While train-watching at the crossing of the NS/CP Sunbury Line and Penna Route 93 in my home base of Nescopeck yesterday (8/25), I caught two CP units (one still in SOO livery) pulling what appeared to be a single ALP-44 electric. The paint scheme appeared to match NJT's, but no logo was displayed.
Anyone know what might have occasioned this move?
