I'm currently in the new hire conductor program and am gone be outta class in about 6 weeks I grew up in Kansas City and would like to make it back there I'm in the same seniority district just wondering if anyone could help me out on how much seniority guys are needing to hold work down there in the Murray yard year round?

Barring another economic collapse, whatever you see in January through March is probably going to the tightest you'll see it in any given year. So when you can hold in those months you should be able to hold year round.
