You were there too? Wow. According to my time dated photographs, at 6:26, myself and Sullivan were on the extended westbound platform photographing 4194 with a 4 cour MN Comet V set passing through on the eastbound track (but the train itself was a westbound one.) It would have been great if you came along! Sorry we missed you or you missed us.
I was coming from where the 76 and 190 drop off (far side) and I walked under the station canopy and across the grade crossing -- I was late for meeting people at RR cafe. I woulda been on an earlier westbound train, but I missed it. (Oh, and my mom's maiden name was Sullivan -- I often give it out to pizza places 'cuz it's easier).

I'll second that motion. Excellent food and good service. Me and my family usually go there for birthdays and special occasions.
The head chef is a good friend of mine's father.

Sonoma Grill is on the corner of NJ 17 and Hackensack Ave. Very good food, well priced wines. Nice place. Continental Arena nights are good because th eplace empties out at 730 and you have it all to yourself.

The Railroad Cafe (burgers/pints) and Park & Orchard (seafood) are cool.
I have a nice pix of 4162 along side the Erie Clam house too.

Wow, it really gives a whole different perspective to the trains. I have color digital shots of some of the same trains and the mood between the shots is like night and day. Cool!

Thanks Mike!
