Wait...with the exception of 129 above, are all the BL20's out of the revenue rotation right now? Having a mechanic ride along has got to be pricey.

Early this morning #127 and #114 were at Stamford lower Yard, as of this afternoon #127 was on the fuel pad and #114 left Stamford for New Haven as Train #5530 with a M2 pair 8440/8441 for scraping.
User Train 538 saw #114 at Fairfield-Metro at 4:14 PM.

Dutch I bet you wouldn't mind if the scrappers cut up the BL20 along with the M2s.

You could be wrong about that, I do want MofE to fix the problems with BL20's their good locomotives , but if you don't take good care they go bad very fast.
Remember they are a lot simpler than the FL-9 and a lot newer, problem was going with cheapest bidder with no experience in life size locomotives.
But there is nothing on that engine, that MofE and Harmon can not fix , if they put their mind to it all component are proven on other railroads.
The Locomotive was ordered by Morons, but hey if life hands you Lemons, make Lemonade, Fix the ills and move on.
We will be running them for next 20 years as minimum.
