VIA RDC are only operate in western Canada (BC),they have RDC-1,RDC-4 (baggages and passengers) I'm not sure,regards to the other models.. RDC do not go across the US/Canada border..only other place where we can have chance to see some RDC,it when they do a transfert for refurbishing or for repairs....
