The NNEPRA director from Brunswick ME - Mr. McEvoy, has tendered his resignation as he apparently is moving out of the area. His appointment by the Governor was somewhat unusual as he was (and seemed to remain ) an outspoken critic of the Brunswick service/maintenance facility plan.

I saw it parked @ Rigby yesterday morning at 0815 as I rode 682 towards Boston.

OK, so where does the expansion of the transload facility now stand: is this the decision that allows SEA-3 to proceed? Is there another meeting or court review/decision waiting in the wings?

I have lost track of the Sea-3 expansion status; what is next - are all the meetings done, and folks are just waiting for the next/final approval from the Feds?
