Last night late (around 11:45) saw a DE or DM (too dark couldn't tell) leading 2 MP-15ac's moving slowly eastbound near the Deer Park station. Due to the dark and fog could not get any numbers. About 5 minutes later that was being followed up by NYA PR20B/MP-15ac combo running light.

Passed over the Carlls Path crossing this morning. A LIRR MOW crew using a Little Giant crane was unloading panel track with wooden ties near the new entrance to the Astro Stone yard.

Part of the Main line double track construction. The track you saw was just recently laid, it still needs ballast.

NTC machine is sitting just west of New Highway crossing. Empty tie cars, the track mobile coupled to 1 loaded tie car sitting just east of New Highway crossing this AM.

My travels took me along Long Island Ave this AM. The NTC machine was stopped right at the Wellwood ave crossing. Tonight caught a quick look at an MP-15ac running long hood forward moving pretty quickly east towing what looked like the "decapitated" FA unit behind it on the grade between Wyandanch and Deer Park Ave.

Very early this morning my travels took me by Wyandanch station. The NTC machine was sitting directly across from the station. Behind it was apx 6 loaded concrete tie flatcars with a Rail King Trackmobile coupled to them. The Trackmobile answered a question for me as to how the concrete tie flatcars...

NTC machine working right now on the grade between Deer Park Ave overpass and Wyandanch station. Fascinating machine to watch.
