Having not been born until after B&M and MEC were gone I would like to see a heritige unit for both railroads. Personally I like the B&M blue but i would leave that up to the people who will never have to make the decision, Pan Am would never do such a thing!

On the topic of Pan am 6axles what happened to their fleet of SD-45's. I think most were sold in the 90's, but if thats true why did they keep the 681 in service?

Isnt maintaining your own fleet of power cheaper than leasing?
