Charlie Card 2.0 will be used by all forms of transportation under the MBTA, be it bus, trolley, heavy rail, commuter rail, and boat. Dare I say it will even work on other RTA's in Massachusetts. SEPTA Key I believe does that already. All you need is the conductor to have a validator oh MTA Conducto...

You know the mutt that smells me and my bag just before I get on the train seem to be doing a good job at protecting me very passive and takes no time away from me. That same pup walking up and down random trains will also passively protect me and not inconvenience me. And onto the knives, what is t...

It's not just an Amtrak problem, Ottawa is having problems with their LRV, Boston with Rotam cars, GP40 rebuilds, and subway cars. The Lower Road has been closed for years and there's a bridge removed somewhere between Brunswick and Waterville. The Back Road is how the freight moves.

I could see with a shuttle from Springfield or a temporary stop in West Springfield the Big E would be a big draw for 3 weeks out of the year. There's your New York comparison.

That's what you get when politicians find a place they can give donors a job.

And SEPTA had to modify before it started run throughs granted same frequency and voltage. Please enlighten me on my gross misunderstanding. Is Baltimore a major city? Does a train start north or south of the station? Does the train stop at the station and continue? Yes to all. And thank you for rem...
