What happened to all of the GP38-3s that CMQ was supposed to get? 3812 appeared with much acclaim back last summer, but since then... not a word of more. Weren't they getting eight of them? Here's 3812 working west out of Brownville last week, third unit back. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Wat0h9...

9014 was supposed to get the prime mover switched out at some point; unsure if that has happened or not yet, but I think the issue with the 9022 is an electrical one, not a mechanical one. I remember reading that 9014 was to have that done at some point. With 9022 that would make a lot of sence oth...

Looks like CITX 3071 and 3082 are back on lease. Nice to see them back. Is there any update on how repairs are coming on 9004 and 9022 (haven't seen or heard much about it sence it was painted).

Thanks for the information. With 107 there was a go fund me page for it on Facebook in December. Glad to hear that 502 is safe just hope one day it will run again like 44 and 46.

At least some of the traffic Pan Am is running through Keag never went over CMQ to begin with. A lot of it went via NBSR-CN instead of NBSR-ST-CSX. That traffic is some of the traffic that Pan Am is trying to recapture, not necessarily trying to take traffic away from CMQ (although obviously if the...

Was reading on Facebook that CMQ is little under powered right now. At least two if not all four CITX units may be back on lease soon. I got to give CMQ credit right now even with Pan Am interchanging with the NBS again it dose not seem that they are losing a lot of traffic because of it.(feel free...

Last time I saw it was that day. I'd wager we'll find out when CM&Q makes a mistake and puts something heavy where it doesn't belong. Of course the road crane is the most preferred cleanup method these days, so it would have to be someplace inaccessible... More then likely your right or it may ...

I guess the good news is if CMQ dose own it they have not need to use it like MMA did. It seemed like MMA had it out every couple of years at the end of there run eather for loan out or cleaning up a MMA wreck.

Did CMQ get the old BAR/ MMA wreck train. I have not heard or seen any information or pictures of the train sence late 2012 earily 2013 when NBSR was using to make the connection between Millinocket Sub and Mattawamkeag Sub. I know it was one of a kind and one of the last one period. It was made up ...
