if amtraks long view plan is to have a viable inland plan b to a flooded nec in rhode island, they will need full electrification from nh to springfield to boston.

csx people which ostensibly are mostly ex par folks have been doing quite a bit of mow/cs work on pas especially after csx and then fra geometry reviews. lots of surfacing hours west of east deerfield.

i cant find any derailment in grafton mass on xmas eve but cn supposedly had a pretty big im train derailment on 12/24 in grafton ontario.

well csx may have some problems moving the trash but i'll bet they're way ahead of the curve when it comes to invoicing their trash shippers.

now as i piece the two passenger trains together and seeing as G&W and NS are all in the pas family these days, could it be that that the ns geometry train is in fact being led by a G&W family locomotive?
