This caught my attention:

"To date, the investigation [into the derailment] has found no evidence of failures related to maintenance or manufacturing of the equipment," meaning the wheelsets. What?

I have not ridden in ages, but i think there were (?are?) small 'stations' with dispensers filled with hand sanitizer IN the Metro stations, not outside. The stations being a small pole or stand with a dispenser mounted. I dont think there is anything for surface vehicles.
