Maybe he can have the lunatic from Holbrook come down and "hach" away at it? Anyhow.............. I would guess that something like this would run around 300K. That's a significant undertaking. Especially since he just finished the 3rd steamer for Edaville. But.......that being said..........

If a single GP40 can pull 25 freight cars up the River Line into Deerfield,

I am going to guess that GP38 #252 or GP35 #216 can pull 9 passenger cars by themselves without any issue.

I was up in North Stratford last week. They were putting in the welded rail.

They had a ton of oil cars up at the shop and down the storage track.

Could be a while before they come back to Hazens.
