I rode home tonite on the 6:23 to Bridgewater on that 4137 / 4122 set. WOW the acceleration was awesome like an MU. We were 2 minutes ahead of schedule. NJT should run doubleheaders on some Expresses one engine seems to have a hard time keeping the schedule on the RVL High Bridge trains.

Slowly we are feeling our way around the reworked site. I run 2 rail O scale just starting to build my layout. I model the CNJ and LV / PRR in the mid 60's. I see MTH is releasing a LV white Elephant C-628. I ordered a dummy I will convert it to 2 rail. I sure wish they made more 2 rail stuff, those...

I think a nice blue laser stripe similar to NJTs stripe would wake up that drab non paint stealth scheme.

Can a F-40 and Comet set run over the river LINE. If so maybe it will revert back to heavy rail in the future. To me it would be great to go from Hoboken to Bordentown to my sisters place, one seat ! I think this DBOM (Design Build Operate Maintain) stuff was just an end run around the NJT operating...

Why did they furlough those guys ? The amount of non productive workers I see in NJT office posistions is astounding. they could furlough 30 % of em and nobody would notice !
