MIght this be the one you are looking for? I downloaded it from one of the forums; it was dated 4-4-23. From my info, it would have been posted in December 2005. (My father had family in that area around that time frame- that's why I downloaded it.)
For some reason the link doesn't work. Is this any better?

Hardly a new idea (granted, this isn't Amtrak)- this was on the Morris County Central in 1997, seven years before "Polar Express".
My first thought was also Mantua, 50's, but details don't match (I had one back then). Looks more like a John English, from the same time frame.
I see that a new L&HR color book has been published Oct 1st. subtitled "A Link in a Great Chain" About $40. Has anyone seen it and is there anything not covered in previous L&HR books? Russ- It's been available as an E-book for several months- I have the download ($19.95). From Mo...
Is there a better resource for NYS&W operations aside from FaceCook (which no matter the poster age, is all Juvenile blather)? Unfortunately, no- at least that I'm aware of. There are at least two mailing lists on Yahoo (one has its roots in Usenet from before the Web), but most of that traffic...
