Downeasters #683 and #687 were sold out leaving Boston Wednesday, 11/27
#685 was showing sold out earlier, but must have had some late cancellations.

Depending on how PAR makes out when the dust settles, maybe Mr. Mellon will exit the railroad business.
Such a move would shake up quite a bit of New England rail service.

A long shot, but maybe David Swirk, owner of the Conway Scenic, would like to dabble in the common carrier side of the freight business on the Rockland Branch. He could also operate passenger excursion service. Rockland is 130 miles from North Conway, so little or no competition with each other.
