Omega and Royal are different companies. Omega received boxcars for either loading or unloading (I forget which) of tomato products for distribution.

There maybe a serious plunge in traffic on the Totowa Industrial soon. Omega Warehouse, the largest customer on the TIS is moving to Jersey City. One of the two buildings is sold, second one is on the way out as well.

This year's TH&S calender was shoddily done and contains several date errors. One of the months has the 1802 and another engine, the date claims to be 1882. Any date listed in the calender is highly suspect.

For some reason NJT ran a highrail truck on the MB/M&E out to Mt. Olive this morning. Went about 1/4 west of the Mt. Olive station and headed east. I can't imagine they're already looking for damage.

They are D&H in origin. If I remember correctly, friction bearing cars can only be interchanged at the discretion of the railroads involved.

3 Active customers. Tilcon, Berr (or Burr) Plastics and a customer that receives box cars of bricks at the old transload yard. Service can be any weekday almost exclusively late at night.

If I had to guess, due to the date of October 17th, it may have had something to do with the 4th anniversary of the Erie-Lackawanna. It may just as well be purely coincidental.
