I believe that NSHR/SVRR interchange with the RBMN at Locust Summit Yard. There's been a fair amount of MOW going on between LS and Shamokin, with new ballast, tie replacement and even a siding going in along Route 901. That was all done a few months back.... I wouldn't have called the city offices, I would've called NS and reported it. Good to hear you averted a (potentially) dangerous situation; not that parking any vehicle on RR tracks isn't dangerous to begin with.

I had forgotten to mention that at Exit 107 (Tremont, Tower City) the tail end on the RDG's Mount Eagle Branch would've gone across Route 209 at that spot.
