Here is a link to good photos documenting the line: https://www.loc.gov/pictures/search/?va=exact&sp=1&st=gallery&q=Photograph%3A+ma1288&fi=number&op=PHRASE https://loc.gov/pictures/item/ma1288/ And this is a great collection. Not the clearest but covers everything about the line...

I am glad the new red line cars have the same interior side wall color on the end walls. The new orange line cars have an ugly (in my opinion) interior end wall color that does not match the interior side wall color. The yellow/orange end walls look dated and unfinished on the 1400 orange line cars.

I am not sure if this would work, but it seems like if the MBTA ran a full rush-hour service schedule for all subway and commuter lines while it was snowing hard (this would mean running 24hrs during the storms), then the trains would be doing the job of clearing the snow from the tracks. I understa...

It is fenced off from the parking lot, and it is iron bared from the unpaid lobby area, and I think it might also be iron bared from the paid area or just the doors to that platform are locked and closed. But it would not hurt to ask if you can take a few pictures and video from there. Other wise yo...

I don't know if you already have or not, but I would suggest that you talk to the Boston Street Railway Association (BSRA), and they would connect you with the right person to help you out with the collection you have. Other sources would be the Seashore Trolley Museum, and the State Transportation ...

Hey Stevie!

Are you running the game under Administrator?

I have Win Vista, and I just right click on the game in the start menu and click on run as administrator. I am not sure if Win 7 has the same feature, but give it a try and let me know by replying or PM.

You might think that Wellington is the busiest station north of North Station because of its size, but Malden Center Station is actually the busiest with 10,418 typical weekday station entries. As opposed to Wellington's 7,310. Malden is ranked 15, and Wellington 28 overall subway stations. This inf...

The Historic Aerials web site show the rail yard in 1955, and it has a round house. http://www.historicaerials.com/default.aspx I dont know how to link directly to the Salem area, so just type in Salem, MA in the search imagery section and find the station. You will see it in the 2005 year, and then...
