I thought this would be interesting to start introducing this topic. As I go through my research of the Erie, I'm looking for the oldest standing stations throughout the 999 mile main line and all spurs/branches/sidings/trackage rights. We know in Jersey, the oldest one in active service is Ramsey-Main Street. Supposedly, Cochecton is the oldest station depot in New York, but I've deemed that not true :P. Let's make a flowing list and I'll keep maintenance.

Nice work again, Adam. I had no clue some of them were that old. Since you seem to be also listing NYS&W stations (which rightly so was part of Erie for a while), the Hawthorne NYS&W station was built in 1894 and is being moved just a bit north. My favorite is Waldwick, as that's where I graduated HS in 1971, and back then the old station was open (now it's a closed and they have a small one across the tracks), but it's a candidate for restoration, as was the now-restored WC tower. around 1969-71, the agent was Gene, from Paterson, and as both me & my mom used to ride the train a lot to Paterson, he let me climb up into the attic one time, and I retrieved some ticket sales ledgers and some card waybills from around 1912. Still have a few of them. He still kept that big silverish belly stove going inside the station back then in winter, and it felt nice and toasty coming inside. Got to see the inside once again here in May, 2009:

Back around 1969, too, there was an underground passage under the (then) 4 tracks, which was filled in in favor of a pedestrian bridge. I believe Allendale still has an underground passage.

The shelter that was once the Southfields Station stands. Thanks R36 Combine Coach for the photo. What sucks is that I passed this in March looking for the station up at the Red Apple Rest. XD

Have been working on that for god knows how long.

(I've written for Wikipedia for 5 years, most of the research is my work on there.)

Just passenger stations really. Also the Oswego/Syracuse has no relation to the Erie.

What about railway stations built by the N.Y. L.E. & W. RR -ERIE- backed rail lines such as..
The A.& GW/N.Y. & PA. & O.
Buffalo & Southwestern RR

And others through out the ERIE RR rail system in NY State and other states?
