Maybe a little arm twisting?

Interesting, example, windmills for electric generation. The only reason that there has recently been renewed interest in various areas of the US in wind generation is a government/taxpayer subsidy. In true economics natural gas, oil, coal, and maybe nuclear are the only economic generation games in town. (Hydro sites being essentially all used already.)
